Perfect New Year’s Getaway
Our grown children, grandchildren, and college kids all enjoyed a three-day stay at this beautiful home. There was great gathering space, as well as enough quiet space for naps and alone time. Owner was very communicative and responsive. We all agree we want to rent this house again!

Small family gathering for Christmas 2022… The upper living area was cosy, but more than adequate space… the bedrooms, bath, & rec room are very spacious. We loved the snowy views & the hot tub! We enjoyed seeing the bald eagles & a pair of red headed woodpeckers. Perfect family gathering location!

Beautiful property. Immaculately clean. House was very well stocked. The downstairs was perfect for family fun. Pool table, dart board, xbox, hot tub. Beads were super comfortable. Tons of linens and towels. Great family vacation stay. Close to town, close to the lake. Will definitely be back!

Two family annual lake trip
We had a great week at the property and both families had tons of fun. From the lake right down the hill, to the amenities inside and plenty of places to lounge - we had a memorable trip. The lake is a little bit of a walk if you’re carrying things, but we had a truck and just threw everything in the back instead of carrying it…worked out just fine. The swimming area/cove is great for kids, kayaking, fishing or even boating if you have one. Plenty of space in the house and had what we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. JC was a great host and answered quickly with any questions we had.

This home checked all the boxes for our family of 12. Lots of space in the home. Lots of outdoor space. Close to Rogers and convenient access to a beautiful cove to launch our boat and spend the days relaxing. It was a wonderful stay!! Owner was on top of all communications. Convenient, large, updated getaway to the greater Fayetteville/Bentonville area.
Hi, we loved the convenience, the size, the amenities, and the updated style of the home. Loved that it had a fireplace and the owners didn't mind us using it. We enjoyed the living spaces the most as we were indoors mostly. The views were amazing -- spotted a bald eagle and a pair of red headed woodpeckers. The lake views were beautiful as well. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub too. I felt the house was stocked better that most rentals. -Liz
