Welcome to Greywood Reserve, located in the heart of Red River Gorge. Our cabin offers 7 beds +futon & queen memory foam air mattress , 4 baths, fully stocked kitchen, modern LG washtower, 2 large smart TV's, and high speed internet.

Our cabin also has an EV Charger(w/Tesla Adapter), hot tub w/towel warmer, about 2000 square feet of wraparound deck and upper balcony, Blackstone griddle, and firepit area.

Our game room features a commercial grade air hockey table, Nerf Rival Guns, digital pinball w/over 20 playing tables, Mortal Kombat 1up, and cocktail arcade machine with 60 games including PacMan, Galaga, etc. Plenty of fun for the entire family!

With 3.3 acres, you will have plenty of space for parking, including trailer parking for those bringing off road vehicles.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

Only the locked closet next to the laundry is not included.

Please be sure to review the cancellation policy. This policy is due to the significant majority of our bookings being from groups, which are naturally subject to more planning and are booked further in advance than smaller accommodations. Very rarely is our property booked last minute and this is only due to significant discounts. Because of these reasons, we will strictly adhere to the cancellation policy.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Due to our cabin being in a new development , it's important to be mindful of water usage due to the unique situation of not being on city water service. City water is delivered and held in storage tanks. We monitor the water levels to know when a delivery is needed. A whole house carbon water filter has been installed on the main water line. Please plan for and bring water for drinking and cooking. If for any reason the water cuts off, please notify us immediately so we can have our water supplier respond.

This cabin only has 1 hot water heater. There will be limited hot water if all showers are taken simultaneously or back to back.

While a regular car can access the property, during inclement weather all-wheel drive or 4x4 may be needed.

Please be aware that Lawson's Sanitation will collect the trash on Friday's.
