Inside, gather in the spacious living room to relax on the sofa and watch TV while the glow of the fireplace keeps you warm. Head into the kitchen to prepare delicious meals with loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating, and plenty of prep space.

Gaze out at the serene view on the lovely screened patio boasting comfortable furnishings, a fireplace, and a TV. The deck is the perfect space to have a warm beverage or dine alfresco, with further admiring the gorgeous backdrop. The backyard offers fun for all ages. The treehouse can entertain younger guests while everyone will enjoy partaking in the yard games like cornhole and bocce ball. There is also a driveway basketball goal for additional fun. When the sun sets, gather around the firepit for even more quality time outdoors. The garage is available for bike storage and for those who wish to get their biking done indoors, an exercise bike is available in one of the well-appointed bedrooms.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to local ordinances, lake access and fishing are prohibited.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
