"My husband and I desired a country location (not city) for our 3 day desires to visit Antwerp, Ghent, Ypres, and Bruges. THIS was the PERFECT place for us!! Peter, son of Filip, greeted us with the grand tour and was absolutely pleasant. He answered every question, explained how things worked, and we could not have been happier. We suggest taking up the offer of breakfast too!! Thank you for this most comfortable, pleasant, and one of a kind experience for us on our long journey from AZ. Our favorite stop and we HIGHLY recommend this charming cottage with the most kind hearted hosts. 10 out of 10"

"The reception and bar staff are great, lots of effort on their part, well appointed modern and clean hotel, one temporary draw back was the early morning tooting of horns and construction work from neighbouring development, so only a few hours sleep had, prior to an important appointment. Not the hotels fault, but a heads up to get an early night would have been good. Im sure the work will be completed soon enough."

"We arrived at the property and check in was simple.The property itself was very clean, simple, modern and open plan. It was very well stocked. There was a beautiful patio with outdoor seating. there was a fenced area at the front and there was a large area by the side of the pool that I can imagine would serve well as an area to use(it wasn't quite ready for our stay as was being fitted by artificial grass- this will be a bigger positive for the next people staying here!) Tom was the best host even though they lived close by, he never intruded on our stay and was very respectful. They were very attentive and answered any questions and communicated regularly. The pool was such a highlight we were in it all the time, Tom would always come and open it before we got up and close it when we went to bed, he kept it clean also. We had babies as young as 6 months to teenagers aged 17 and it was perfect for them all! We couldn't't have asked for much else. Location was great there was so much to do all within 30mins -1hrs trip. There was a huge town centre with shops 15/20 mins away and there was an supermarket 5mins away.You have the benefit of being rural surrounded by crop fields to having all amenities a short drive away! There were beautiful beaches/river trips/horse rides/castles/churches etc for tourism purposes but also you would be totally fine doing nothing and staying in the house and pool for the entire stay! The balance was perfect! We would definitely recommend staying "
