"Wir haben gelernt, dass FeWo direkt zwar eine Service Hotline anbietet, man als Gast bei Problemen aber völlig allein gelassen wird. Man zieht sich einfach zurück, verweist auf den Vermieter und die Gäste müssen sehen, wie sie mit der Situation umgehen. Keine Lösungsangebote, keine Kulanzregelung - einfach nix. Für uns steht fest: Nie wieder FeWo direkt."

Da wir bzgl. etwaiger Veranstaltungen uninformiert blieben: VOR DER BUCHUNG fragen ob die Eventlocation vermietet wurde! Buchungs- und Check-In Prozess sehr einseitig. Nur Zahlungsaufforderungen keine Infos Alles weitere darf man sich aus dem speckigen Ordner zusammensuchen. Fewo 1 OG links unterscheidet sich stark von den anderen Wohnungen.
