Located in Roè Volciano, it is in a strategic position, away from traffic and only a 5-minute drive from the center of Salò, where it is possible to access the boat service, which leads to all the resorts of Lake Garda and to use all services such as restaurants, stores and beaches.

Cumino is a three-room apartment suitable for 4 people arranged on two levels (on the first and second floor), measuring 70 sqm and has a private balcony of 7 sqm (1x7). Composed of 1 bedroom with double bed (mattress cm 160x200x24) or 2 single beds (mattresses cm 80x200x24), 1 bedroom with double bed (mattress cm 160x190x24) or 2 single beds (mattresses cm 80x190x24), 1 sofa bed (mattress cm 120x190x15), air conditioning, wifi, safe, equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, heating/hot water partly from renewable sources (solar panels)
