Natalie was the only one we had contact with was not well suited for dealing with people. "This is a renovated old building with eclectic decorations. The hotel was updated, but it almost felt like a 19th century guest house. The breakfast was delicious, and the courtyard where it was offered was wonderful. You can use it at other times to sit in the open air if you choose. They helped guide us around the many Arts Exhibitions in Arles, booked us a wonderful restaurant. Not to forget the beautiful breakfast. Parking is in the street paid but there is an option for €17 to park underground but this goes from 3 pm to 3 pm. The reception are extremely helpful. 1 elevator for 3 floors.
