"We had a wonderful time staying in this comfortable house with a spectacular view. The home was spotless and well equipped. This house is a distance from stores or restaurants so we were very appreciative that the host provided us with some basic groceries. The only problem area with this property is the showers. The downstairs one was unusable. There was no shower curtain and it flooded the bathroom if used. The other shower had a leak. It was clear they had attempted to fix it but it was still...

"Our 2nd stop on this trip to Greece, was Almyrida at Villa Varvara. Outstanding clean private local and accessible. We found it to be a great base for exploring the west side of Crete. the local shops and eateries near the property were just what we wanted small local excellent fare. Walking distance down to beach chairs and the ocean.The views from ALL the balconies of the property are breathtaking. We tried to spend a night on each one and found the back balcony looking at the mountains to be...

"First of all, the villa was just beautiful, clean and perfect for our large group of friends and young kids. It had everything, very comfortable, clean and was perfect for the kids (aged 3 to 7 months old). Second, our host Mano - WHAT A HOST!!! He made the trip even better, he really looked after us and was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn't recommend him and his Villa more!! I am defo coming back next year!! Thanks Mano!! "

"House was clean with breathtaking views as advertised! Was not prepared for steep hill access to villa. Took a few trips to be comfortable with the drive; recommend a SUB rental.Communication with owner and house manager was on point. Owner provided detailed directions, as per location and surrounding areas. However, still have to be careful with GPS directions as it can take you areas that are not suitable for tourist driving. We had a wonderful family trip, and would recommend Villa Cassandra!"

"We all had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The house was very comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces of this villa are beautiful beyond words. The owners of the home were very nice and welcoming! Katrina even gifted us a few of her pictures which she painted. There are three tavernas within walking distance. They were also awesome! We definitely recommend this experience! Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Just returned from a week at this amazing villa. Better than the listed photos. Superbly clean and everything provided. The host, Marianna, was keen to help in anyway we required. Quiet location but with a supermarket and Marianna’s taverna a very short walk for convenience. Watching the stars from the roof terrace was a huge bonus and we even saw the Milly Way. We will return!"

"The house was fantastic, we hung by the pool, had barbecues, visited a winery. The views from the house were gorgeous , mountains on one side and ocean on the other. We appreciated restaurant recommendations, and had some wonderful family dinners. We high recommend this villa, we have great memories to take home"

"Villa is lovely - spacious, nicely decorated and has all you need. The outside space is excellent and the views from inside and outside are incredible. 10 minute walk to the lake with great shops and restaurants and 10-15 minute drive to some lovely beaches. Sofia is a great host and was quick to reply to all messages from booking to the end of our stay. Really can't fault a thing and would recommend to anyone. We can't wait to retutn!"

Der CheckIn war unkompliziert und im Haus haben wir einen tollen Obstkorb und eine Flasche Wein als welcome vorgefunden. Das Haus ist geräumig und hat alles, was es braucht, um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. "

"Beautiful villa, very well equipped with a very welcoming host, the host even met us half an hour away from the villa, in the middle of the night, to ensure we arrived safely. We were also greeted with a prepared meal and all important essentials, milk, water etc.. The villa was cleaned twice a week with the towels and linen changed. We cannot recommend Harkia Villas highly enough."
