"Résidence tranquille et propre, très proche du centre ville (10 mn à pied env) et de la plage (15 mn à pied env). Ce studio est bien aménagé, avec séjour / clic clac servant de couchage (confortable), coin cuisine, salle de bains et petit balcon donnant sur une belle vue dégagée sur la campagne. "Le propriétaire a attendu la dernière minute avant de répondre à mes messages. C'est un peu anxiogène. Accueillis à la Villa Simone par le sourire par un Léo très serviable. L'appartement 7 est conforme aux photographies. La mer est à moins de 5min. La gare à 2 pas. Le parc pour enfants quelques mètres plus loin. Des tables de jardin et des BBQ permettent de manger en plein air. Quelques bémols : la petite salle d'eau n'a pas de VMC. La porte du seul placard s'y trouvant est condamnée par un...

"Der Check in gestaltete sich sehr einfach und konnten sogar etwas früher rein. Bei Anreise hat uns der Gastgeber kurz besucht und uns diverse Haushaltsmittel, Kaffeekapseln und Tee vorbeigebracht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind so wie beschrieben gewesen und auch sauber. Parkplätze sind vor Ort vorhanden, teils kostenlos oder auch gegen Bezahlung. Wobei wir Glück hatten einen kostenfreien Parkplatz zu bekommen. "

The property owner is very friendly and accommodating and was very helpful when we had a couple of small issues that needed to be rectified.
