The property offers countryside living while being close enough to make a trip to the beach, including all aspects of nature, and the ability to bring trailers, boats, motorcycles, 4 wheelers, and more. There is a hardware store, several restaurants, gas stations, and grocery store within not even 10 minutes from the home.

All bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers. Towels and wash cloths are provided for each guest.

The kitchen has all the usual flatware, cookware, dishes and prep tools. There is a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove (electric), coffee maker, and a microwave oven.

The dining room table can accommodate up to 8 people.

If additional beds are needed, there is a queen mattress in one of the closets with an extra set of sheets sufficient to accommodate up to 2 additional people in your party. No more than 12 people may spend the night in the home without written permission.
