Located 15 min from the Bagnell Damn. The home features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. New furnishings, floorings and a large private pool that is open May - September.

The Master Bedroom is its own Private retreat with a King bed and 2 futons that you can sleep a few more people on. The room has 2 closets and its own private bathroom with a jetted tub and a steam shower.

The Main level last vaulted ceilings that are 30' high and floor to ceiling windows to see the incredible view from this house. It will have a 60" smart Television with cable and high speed internet. The floor is open concept living, dining and kitchen. Lots of seating options in this space. There is also a wet bar in the kitchen area. The floor features 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and walk in closets. Between these 2 bedrooms is a jack n jill bathroom. It has 2 sinks and a shower/bath combo. This floor also has a half bath off of the living room.

Head to the lower level and you will find a bunk bedroom with 3 handmade solid wooden bunk beds with full over full bunks.

There is a bonus room for an area to set beach towels and an extra table to sit at and kids to play games. A full bathroom is off of this room.

A large laundry room with a washer and dryer is available to you along with a 2 car garage.

The private 5th bedroom has a smart television, a queen bed and a futon to put an extra guest or 2 on.

Go outside! You wont believe the view this house has. It built on a hill so you can see lots of lake fun going on. The private pool is being reworked and will be open for Memorial Day rentals. This home has 3 sets of decks! The Main level deck with 3 seating areas, a propane grill and a propane fireplace

A lower deck with a table and chairs and a couple of swings and a deck level with built in seating around the whole deck and a bar area to set up for your favorite drinks.

As if that wasn't enough the home has a private dock 20 steps away from this house. The right side of the dock is our and is a perfect spot to bring your boat or go down to swim in the lake.

The home is located 15 minutes from the Bagnell Damn and has everything that you could possibly want for your lake getaway.

---Please keep in mind that we don't rent to anyone younger than 25. We will no accept any wedding parties. We also want to respect our new neighbors so if you are coming to party this home is not going to be a good fit for you. We would like families that are wanting to come together and have a fun time.

Pool was amazing. Plenty of private & shared space for a large group of 13. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Best parking in the area for 3 vehicles. Only downside were the decks not real safe for the little ones.

Lovely home
The house was a great get-away for our large family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The house exterior did have some damage that was a safery concern, but property management was communicating with us the whole time and working on fixing it while we were there. We look forward to returning.

Nice large VRBO. This was a family get-together with ages 1 through Seniors. A great location with boating and Jet-skiing as our main entertainment. We were well pleased with the spaciousness and the sleeping accommodations for 15 of us that slept there. All of our concerns were well received and promptly taken care of. Overall a great place for a larger group!

It was a great place for Christmas. I honestly felt at home. My only issue was getting to the place during snow, most roads were good but we got stuck twice a due to other roads not being cleaned off, but that didn't change how much fun and enjoyment l felt being with my family and this small hiccup don't fall on the owner just the weather but overall will suggest location for others

Family Vacation
The property is very nice. We didn't bring a boat but, if we had, the boat slip is convenient. The swim ladder on the dock made it safe and easy to access the lake. Ping-Pong table and cornhole games in the garage added entertainment during rain events. I'd recommend putting another refrigerator in the garage and adding a banister to the stairwell from the first to the second(main)floor.

Fantastic Trip
My family had a wonderful time at the lake and staying at this home. It comfortably fit our family of 15. We had Adults, teens, and kids who were all entertained the entire time. We rented a boat, swam in the pool, jumped off the dock! The deck has spectacular views along with the high ceiling windows. Would definitely rent again. We did have one issue and it was immediately taken care of. Thank you Jill for the quick responses and making our trip great!

Lots of Space!
There were 14 ladies that stayed and the living area was huge so plenty of room to hang out. Tons of rooms and beds. If you'll be using the futons, bring your own pillows, sheets and blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pot/pans, etc and ready to go! The view from the upper deck was really beautiful. FYI, you can see a bit of the lake from the lower pool level since there are other houses between you and the lake. The pool was a great place to hang all day! Would definitely go back!

Family Vacation
The property was very nice, the pictures on the website are true to the actual home and surrounding area. Newly decorated with nice furnishings. The pool was an added feature for us, it gives you one more place to socialize. There are a couple miles of winding roads from the main road to the home. If you're looking for green space, there isn't any surrounding the house. Grocery stores (Woods and Dierbergs) are about 15-20 minutes away. I highly recommend this property.

Waterfront escape
We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had more than enough room for our group of 9. The upstairs bedroom and bath was very spacious. Our younger grandkids loved the bunk beds. The view of the lake was beautiful. We loved having the dock close by as we rented a boat for several days. We really enjoyed having a pool to ourselves. The only complaints I have are related to the kitchen cleanliness. The handles on the stove and dishwasher were sticky. The water pressure was not that strong when multiple people were showering at the same time so we just took turns. Overall a great property.

Great place for my family!
This was the first time I stayed at this property and everything worked out great. We had 3 families with 6 adults and 5 kids in total. We didn’t use all the bedrooms or beds so there was a ton of space. It was very very hot and the a/c worked great. The pool was perfect for swim time as well. I also enjoyed doing about a 6 mile walk without ever having to go out on a busy highway. The dock is not connected to the house, but was easily accessible. We rented a boat to do our lake swimming and fishing. We saw others swimming off neighboring docks, but we did not swim off of this one. The host was very attentive and easy to get a hold of when I had a question shortly after arriving. I would stay again at this property and work with the host.

Upon arrival house was still being cleaned. The damage of the kitchen, bar area in living room, pool freezing with continuous fresh water being added (leak somewhere), damage in downstairs bathroom, nails sticking up on deck, rotten deck wood where you could fall thru and deck bar was broken( missing screws) was very disappointing. The second day we were there pool was green and cloudy so only could swim two days. Large windows were nice but seals were broken so very cloudy. Would seriously not think about renting this property for this price again.

All in all OK.
All in all, it was OK. The pictures were slightly deceiving. Could definitely use some TLC!! Especially the deck. The owner did answer my questions promptly, when we arrived, the pool was green, but they quickly got on it and had it fixed in a couple days so we could swim which we appreciated. There were definitely a lot of stairs, especially for little kids.

Good location for a friends getaway near the top of the lake
Large space plenty big enough for a big group with ample parking. We chose this as it was easy to rent boats and visit some of our favorite bars on the water.
