Spend a weekend or a week enjoying the beauty and culture of Rockport. Enjoy panoramic views of Sandy Bay.and Straightsmouth Island. Stay close enough to walk to downtown art galleries, restaurants and beaches, but far enough away to leave the crowds behind.

The first floor features a sitting area with a sofa/sleeper; a kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, amenities, granite counter-tops; a deck with a gas grill, and a full bathroom with an over-sized shower. The second floor has a queen size bed with a sitting room that opens to a balcony with sweeping ocean views.

Onsite parking for one car gives guests private access.

Romantic Getaway
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cottage. It is very nicely decorated and a perfect cozy cottage for a relaxing getaway. Enjoyed the ocean views from the top balcony with morning coffee. Our hosts were very responsive and provided a lot of recommendations.

Loved our stay in Rockport. The location of the cottage was perfect. We shopped at the local shops and visited beaches. Taking the train to Salem was very convenient. Would stay again!

Lovely stay in Rockport!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean and just as pictured. The upstairs view makes for a delightful way to begin the day. Communication was easy and pleasant. It's also an easy walk to the town of Rockport. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay in a Great Little Town
We enjoyed our stay. The sunrise and sunsets were worth getting up for and making time to watch each evening. Very convenient to downtown Rockport. Great area to walk in, as well. Off the main road, which was nice! Love the view!! We stayed in and watched the view often!

North Shore getaway
This rental was the perfect location to tour the North Shore. It was comfortable, perfectly clean and had anything you might need. The views from the bedroom balcony were perfect for breakfast coffee and evening cocktails. Dianne our host was the best!

This was a beautifully maintain and comfortable property. The location was amazing to walk into the village, or the fresh spring around the corner. Magical!! We are hoping to make a return trip there next year.

Perfect for a quiet getaway!
We came in early May for a week of relaxing and sight seeing. This clean, quiet, lovely cottage was perfect! We took the train to Boston for a day, drove to Portland for a day, and spent the other days exploring local beaches, restaurants, and shops. Great location for a getaway to Cape Ann! The owner is a gem: quick responses to all our questions and needs!

Anniversary Trip
The house was a perfect match for what we wanted from this trip. The view from the top balcony was beautiful and the sunrise we saw on our last day was simply gorgeous. Communication was easy and gave everything we needed to know. The house was easy to find and the location was perfect! Rockport is a quaint little town and enjoyed our trip there immensely.

Charming
This property is very charming and very clean. The owner is attentive and communicates quickly. It would serve a couple well with its beautiful view on the decks and privacy. Our trip was a girl's trip with my mother and daughter. The pull-out sofa is tiny but comfortable and the bedroom is comfortable but anyone over 6 feet tall would have difficulty as the ceilings were very low. In addition, while it does mention only one parking space a truck and trailer were parked there the entire time we were there which is no issue however initially concerned us as we came later in the evening and we were not expecting another vehicle. Overall great place with lots of charm.

Perfect
We loved the cottage. Everything was beautifully decorated and organized for comfort and a charming respite from busy lives. There was not a thing more we could have wanted. The kitchen is fully equipped and when we weren't strolling to Roy Moore's lobster company (Bearskin neck) for fresh seafood, we ate in. The upstairs was cute and the bed comfortable. We loved sitting by the back porch feeling the cool breeze, drinking a glass of wine and recounting the day's adventures. It is in easy walking distance of several beaches, where you can find sea glass, as well as downtown Rockport, with its shops, galleries, and restaurants. And only a short drive from antiquing in Essex with lunch at Woodman's, where fried clams were invented! Truly a perfect getaway and we will be back!
