"It was our first time in the UP and the lodge was perfect. My wife and I loved, and spent most of every evening in the lounge area playing the pinball and dart games. If we ever make it up that way again, we will definitely be staying at the lodge. "We loved the house and the property so much. The house has plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the vintage furnishings, they give character. I think this is the only rental I’ve ever been to with nice frying pans. The surrounding property is beautiful and we really enjoyed birding every morning. There was lots of room for the kids to run around and no worrying about cars since it’s at the end of the road."
