"The room is excellent, comfortable, warm and in general all I need at a really decent price. Wifi, tv, fridge, microwave and bed all work as anticipated. Within easy walking distance of the theatre and the two restaurants associated with the hotel. This was my third stay here and I'll be back. Only small issues - No way to shut off the bathroom fan...not a really big deal...and I could have done without the bird poop on the stair hand rails. All in all, my favorite stay in Spolkane, even including relatives free houses."
