"Beautiful inside and out. Loved the location and charm. Only downside was the hot tub stopped working 2 days in. Otherwise great stay and will for sure be back!"

"Pros: good location, relatively clean, fun games, good tv and streaming, owner is responsive.Wishes: bathroom and kitchen need updated. Stairs are steeper than I thought they would be. 2 small dogs annoying as you come in and out. Your must open 2 gates and walk on uneven path to get to door. People upstairs smoke so the smell comes through when the heat is on. You have to ask to have the heat turned on."

"Great house, great views, stocked well with kitchen items. Management very responsive and accommodating. Plenty of extra bedding/pilllows which is rare and a bonus. Had a great trip, Thanks!"

"Very friendly staff, beautiful view of the river from our room. Easy access to the Centennial trail for a morning run beside the river. Walking distance to Twigs for dinner and to the movie theater for after dinner. Good breakfast, and all for significantly less money than the other places we were considering. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to stay on the east side of Spokane. Only negative is the bathroom is very basic, recommend an upgrade for the next remodel."

The Davenport Grand, Autograph Collection

"Our weekend stay at the Davenport Grand was wonderful. A short walk to riverfront and great food co-op health food store and Boots cafe (vegan gluten free food - amazing pumpkin waffles). Central location of the Davenport was perfect!"
