"Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. "Traditional from the outside but modern inside. Also very close to the centre. Comfortable rooms and modern bathrooms. If I am being picky the pillows were not comfortable but otherwise perfect for our 2 night stay."

"We LOVED our stay here. The hosts made it feel like we were staying with family. They were accommodating and really kind, friendly, and generous. They even surprised us with Belgium waffles for our family. The house has a lot of space. Our party of 8 had plenty of room to spread out and we all rested well here. "Ideally located within this small village. Staff were very friendly and we were able to park a few hundred yards up the road. The restaurant was lovely and we had a great breakfast. We stayed in a suite/family room. It was clean and a great space, but very dated and could do wuth a refresh. Felt like it was in the 80s. But that said we had a good stay and would go back."

"Very nice, small, apparently family run hotel with a big room with a sofa and queen bed. It's a bit too far to walk to the center of town, but it is located in a quiet area and has free parking. The included breakfast is excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. Even cooked eggs to order for us. The hotel restaurant offers a traditional German dinner menu. Our only issue is the stairs are somewhat steep. The staff are very helpful and kind. "

"Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic. We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). "
