This property is located on the beach with relatively easy access and great balcony with high table and chairs. We found restaurants limited - mainly bar type food, however Tillamook is a short 10-15 minutes' drive south with large selection of restaurants and grocery shopping (Fred Meyer). We would book this property again - you will not be disappointed. If you like dungeons crab - you can find it in Roakaway a short drive north.

A perfect place for a weekend getaway!
It far exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and then some. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The view was breathtaking and amazing! Good thing the bed was not in the window or we would not have left the room! Thank you for everything! It was amazing!

The stay and condo was a great 3 days spent at the beach in February. The only issue was the front door key pad that never worked even after calling and trying other codes.Luckily there was a lock box with keys to use. Great place though and decorated super cute.

Great place to stay and visit the Oregon coast
This is easily a 5 star property. It looks brand new and has all the comforts of a luxury hotel. Even has an electric fireplace with heat and mood lights. It is small but perfect for 2 people(2 kids could use a pullout couch and there are 11/2 baths.) Even the beach towels were as new and a beach blanket was provided. The entertainment center had more options than anyone could possiblely use. The location was great for exploring the coast and inland to Portland and Salem. Staff had a tablet with all info at our fingertips. Will definitely use again!

Hidden Gem!
The pictures looked fantastic online, but it was even better in person! The owners did an amazing job renovating and decorating this condo into a cozy beach oasis. I’m not sure how long they have been renting it out, it looks brand new, was very clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Including beach towels, sand blanket, beach chairs, and sand toys. There is an amazing view from the balcony. I was surprised at how great the communication was via texting with the Vacasa Team while we were there…letting us know when we could check in and making sure we had everything we needed etc.

Beautiful but restless sleep
This place is super cute and very clean. You can tell they put a ton of thought in the remodel and decor. Kitchen and bathrooms are efficiently stocked. Place is quiet and the views of the ocean amazing. Downfall...the master bed is awful. We would not suggest staying here unless the owner purchases a new mattress. If you can’t get a good nights sleep it’s hard to enjoy the rest this area has to offer. Otherwise, the place is absolutely picturesque!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our stay was a blessing. great atmosphere at the beach. Could not watch the Seattle Seahawks play or the World Series game. I don't know much about the smart tv. the cable remotes, 2 tvs, were not working as far as I know. so I watched a couple movies

Solo travel for R&R
This place was perfect for a solo traveler looking for a short getaway with a beach view. The unit was clean and it sits right on the beach. I am rating 4/5 stars because the although receiving copious amounts of instructions, the listing neglected to give an accurate address for arrival (stated address to put into Google Maps takes you to a different building on a different street). I only knew how to get to the unit because I am familiar with Rockaway beach & the streets, but if you have never been here before, the address they share does not take you to the right place. Additionally, the entire building was under construction (this was not shared prior to booking) and because of this, the outside seating area near the bedroom was completely unusable, despite being shown in the listing as a quiet and peaceful place to relax. The construction was not active, but the entire building was boarded up with plywood, caution tape and construction equipment under the building and parked near the stairway. None of this was disclosed prior to booking and made me even more confused if I was at the right place after getting turned around with bad directions. It's a shame because I felt when I arrived I didn't get an accurate overview of the place I thought I was booking.

Great stay with just one issue
We had a wonderful stay here as a family. Check in instructions were so clear, it had most everything we needed, and the view is incredible. The wi-fi wasn’t working at first but the age old unplug and plug back in of the modem worked. The property manager was so responsive and helpful. The only major issue we had was the fridge and freezer not working. We saw that it takes a while to cool but we only had a handful of items so it’s not that we filled it. Even after 34 hours, ice turned to water in the freezer and everything was just barely cooler than room temp in both the fridge and freezer. We had a medication that needed refrigerated so we had to keep buying ice and stored most stuff in the little cooler they provide instead. We made it work but with kids it was inconvenient for sure. They were responsive when we notified them but said to give it until next day but we were checking out the next morning and it shouldn’t take that long with so few items. We lost a little food due to this and our mimosas were luke warm which is not ideal! Overall if the fridge was fixed we would for sure stay here again!

On the beach!
It's a one bedroom condo with an unusually well-stocked small kitchen. There is a deck overlooking the beach, which is really nice unless it's windy or the Sun is setting in your eyes. There is an electric fireplace that's very cozy. The property is starting to need a little extra carrier maintenance but this unit is very clean and well-appointed. Not much in the way of closets but there are deep drawers in the bedroom. We had to communicate with turn key about the dumpster oh, and the person that we texted with had apparently not seen the property and didn't understand the problem. It did get solved however. We had a problem getting the cable to work just cuz we couldn't figure it out. We had not at that time found the technology page in the book, which gave all the information that we would have needed if we had found it. All in all it was really a nice experience. They were Roofing next door so there was a lot of noise during the day but they quit at a usual time so it wasn't a problem. The bed was comfortable but the sheets didn't stay tucked in. Particularly the fitted sheet! We had a bonus in that there were one and a half bathrooms. We each got our own sink. It was convenient for walking around town or going down to the beach and no one can control the weather. In general I'd say it was a good visit and we would probably do that again.

Lovely ocean front condo
Nice condo with wonderful oceanfront view. Little deck to watch the sunset. Located right in downtown and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. This is a small unit. Only suitable for two people but we had a nice stay.
