This gorgeous oceanfront condo boasts elegant, modern decor and breathtaking views of the Northern Oregon Coast, as well as instant beach access. You will enjoy beautiful tile floors, a beautiful balcony, and an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows, so you won't miss a minute of the sunset.

The living area has a cable TV with a DVD player and a plush sofa just waiting to host a movie night. The primary suite has a king bed and private balcony, affording extra space for couples, and the en suite bath has a soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower.

The Oregon Coast vacation rental is located in Nedonna Views, a modern condo complex in a quiet neighborhood of Manhattan Beach. You'll enjoy seven miles of uncrowded coastline less than two miles from fresh seafood restaurants and unique shops in Rockaway Beach.

This fantastic stretch of sand is much quieter than the beach closer to the heart of town, yet still close to the restaurants, markets, and shops in the community. The quaint, old-fashioned coastal town is bustling with antique stores, taffy shops, and instant public access best experienced at the Rockaway Beach Wayside. Stroll to the sandy shores, build sand castles, beachcomb, fly kites, or simply sunbathe.

THINGS TO KNOW
Please note that the elevators are out of service, indefinitely and this home is only accessible by stairs. If you are not able to handle one or two flights of stairs, give us a call and we can help you find an alternative rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great views
This place is great and I come back every year and stay in the same condo. Could be cleaned a lot better and update some things like comforters on the beds. Keep up on small repairs would be nice. I hate to see such a great place not taken care of.

Poor furniture condition. Interior damage due to rain water; broken chair in closet. Beach view and ocean experience was fine but the interior was very sub par. Not an experience worth repeating.

The view here is definitely the best part. Easy beach access. Important to note you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get in, no elevator. Very comfortable living room. However the bed was horrible- soft, lumpy and springs.

Dishes and glasses were sticky. Floor going towards bedrooms was dirty. Other than that it is a beautiful place with a gorgeous view. Would stay there again.

The condo was well stocked and the view of the ocean was amazing. The beds need to be updated.
The beach is beautiful, beware of jellyfish. We drive up and down the coast to all the towns and had a great time. Thank you for very nice condo. You may want to look into replacing the beds especially in the master bedroom.

Beautiful Ocean View!
Beautiful view, beautiful beach! The property was very clean, and the check in easy. The stairway entrance to the property seemed a little dirty and dank, and the front door was difficult to lock. Check out time was 10:00 am. 11:00 would have been much more convenient. All in all, I would stay here again.

Comfortable Stay
Very comfortable place to stay but as others have mentioned the unit needs some TLC. Unfortunately the power was out in the Master Bedroom. Maintenance crew was very responsive but will need electrician to sort it out.

Lovely get away
Beautiful views and the layout was lovely. Close to the beach. At the outskirts of town so a bit more quiet. Only thing I would note, and I have stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals....this home does not have any of the usual kitchen type spices, oil, basic stuff. Just salt and pepper. Just an FYI

Beautiful spacious ocean view!
Beautiful and close up ocean view property that is right on the beach! Nice open layout condo with dining room, kitchen and living room area having views of the ocean and beach area. We were on the second floor and there are no elevators for guests to use. For older folks like us and those with mobility issues this is a big deal and it was a bit of struggle getting all our supplies inside.

BREATHTAKING VIEW
Even though the weather was cold and rainly...it did not matter as the view was stunning, and the open, light and bright room made it so enjoyable to be there. I stay in vacation rentals on the Oregon coast quite often and this was my favorite view. The kitchen stocking was not as nice as compared to others I have stayed in, Dollar Store quality..almost went and bought some new hot pads to leave for the next guests. The staff was very responsive and polite when I did call for concerns. Like other reviews, maybe a little more atttention to upkeep like the stairwell lights, the outlet under the counter that needs replaced, new door latch is needed. Minor things though...overall I would come back to this one for the location and view.

View is worth it!
We absolutely loved the view and floor to ceiling windows in the living room. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. In unit washer and dryer with detergent. Bathrooms were updated and roomie, incredible two person, deep bath tub! Plenty of parking. Cons: There were a few spots of chipped paint and cracks in the ceiling that made it feel less nice to us. The hot tub does not have a view of the beach. There is no dead bolt, which would have made us feel more comfortable. No olive oil, salt or pepper in the kitchen.

Disappointed the elevatars did not work and according to others in the building have never been dependable. I'm just recovering from spinal surgery and this made it a difficult stay. Disclosure would have been nice. Perhaps we could have found a ground level condo..

Nice place but dirty
The condo itself was nice. The bedsheets had CLEARLY not been changed. There were several long black hairs in the sheets! Disgusting! The tub was dirty and both the couches had food crumbs of some sort on all over them. The master bathroom sink was plugged. For the cost of this rental and ALL the cleaning fees everyone pays it should be spotless. Very disappointing. We will not be back.

Almost 5 star
Beautiful and large condo with a gorgeous location right on the beach. It was very clean, except for a hidden spill inside one of the cabinets from a previous guest. Pretty much everything you might need to cook with was there. A couple of shortcomings keep me from giving it a fifth star. 1. The fire alarm is NOT monitored (ask me how I know) even though there is a notice on who to call etc if you set it off accidentally. 2. There were numerous lights out in the very dark and steep exterior stairway, including the one over our door. 3. This is very minor but, we could not get the toaster to work no matter how we tried
