"Our truck broke down on the freeway and was towed to Beresford. We asked if we could check in early and the manager said we could. We were able to check in at 12:30pm for a VERY small fee. This was extremely helpful as my husband had just had surgery and needed to rest. The staff was extremely helpful- they helped with our luggage and brought it to our room. I am extremely grateful for the kindness they gave to us. I HIGHLY recommend this property!"

"Very pretty cabin with a lot of space. The main problem was not being able to get inside the cabin when we first arrived and operating the garage door wasn't easy, so that was a bit of a hassle, but the river is probably the nicest location for a cabin in the area. Nice to hear the rush of the water outside. Balcony is a relaxing spot to bird watch. 30 min to Sioux Falls for sites and restaurants. Pahoja recreation area is close by, as is Calico Skies Winery. "The house was perfect for 10 women. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The great room and kitchen are spacious for hanging out. The house and property are beautiful. We had great weather so lots of deck time and an amazing hike to the river. The hot tub is big and a nice touch. The 360 views are stunning. I would highly recommend this home. "
