Our experience at this property was okay. It was close to venue that we were attending and in a quiet neighborhood. The linens needs to be updated, the dryer wasn’t working properly, and there wasn’t many pots to cook with. There wasn’t enough towels for a three bedroom home, and no wash cloths at all. The AC leaked the entire time we were there. The beds were comfortable, but the blankets and sheets were pretty outdated. I love the historical feel that the home gave and it was very homey. Once the appliances, linen, and AC is fixed, it will most definitely be 5 out 5.

Definite possibilities
We stayed March 31st through April 2.This property is a work in progress. The old house is charming. Once the kitchen is completed and the washer/dryer are serviced, it will make for a quaint stay. Communication with the owner was very good. Response time for questions was almost instantaneous.

Great location!
House served us well overall due to it's location. TV in the LR did not work well...connection issues. Each bdrm had a TV, which was helpful. Kitchen was quite small and some of the pots, pans, utensils were very used and the kitchen did not have hot water, so washing dishes in cold water is not ideal or good for getting rid of germs. Having a washer with provided detergent and dryer was very helpful. There was some noise from people upstairs (another rental unit) but it was mostly noise from walking around. Beds were decent.

Very nice property. Nice rooms, very clean. Biggest complaint: 1) Incredibly bright lighting in the back yard could not be turned off, potentially affecting light sleepers. 2) The bathroom sink was consistently clogging each time we used it and there was nothing to clear it other than using the toilet plunger (which slung old water everywhere when we brought it up to sink level). Had to sanitize sink and surrounding area afterwards. Otherwise great overall experience for visiting an ailing family member.

Relaxing stay
Loved the front porch swing. Convenient location to Winthrop Sports Complex. House is very much as described. It is an older home. There is an apartment upstairs, you can hear people moving around, so if you are a light sleeper this might be a problem, HVAC is loud as well. Other than that, kitchen stocked well, and beds were comfortable.

The perfect place
It was the perfect place to stay while we were in town for our family court appearance. We were granted custody of our niece and it was closely located to the family Courthouse. Snacks on the table and the little touches were very thoughtful and made us feel welcome.

Rockin' in Rock Hill
We stayed on Sunday, July 3rd, unaware that the City's July 4th celebration was to occur that afternoon and evening. Within blocks of downtown Rock Hill, we had all of the convenience that proximity implicates to enjoy the many amenities of that fair city. The amenities of the dwelling were all it's equal, being spacious, well appointed and with comfy bedding. Kudos.

My co-worker and I were working in downtown Rock Hill for the week and needed a place to stay nearby. The house was a great fit. Communication with the owners was excellent. The bed was VERY comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
