Sunrise at Essex is an amazing 2 bedroom "Secondary suite" style home. Mayo Clinic's St. Mary's, Gonda building, and Rochester's downtown are only about 9-12 minutes away. Shopping close by, including an array of local breweries, restaurants and flower shops! Essex Park is within a "stones throw" away, making a great day trip with many wildflowers and nature!
