All new furniture and mattresses, smart TV, fast WiFi, dishwasher, and laundry.

Minutes from the Mayo, grocery stores, movie theatre, and great restaurants!! If you have children the neighborhood is safe and family friendly, featuring 2 playgrounds. The house is equipped with toys, high chair and pack in play.

Clean, comfortable, affordable, safe, garage parking, and new :).


Light cleaning service provided for stays greater than 10 days (upon request)

I am a stay at home mom and am available during your if needed. I look forward to helping make your stay in Rochester great!!

**** We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc to get you started, you may need to refill depending on the length of your stay.

No cable tv. Smart tv provided for your own account use.

Good location
This was a great location for getting around to places quickly. The drive to Mayo was never congested and we were there in 15 minutes. Also being in a house was way more comfortable for the 10 day visit than a hotel would have been even though we could have walked to the clinic. The neighborhood is very nice and quite.

Great for families
We stayed for 11 days during appointments at Mayo Clinic and everything worked well. The basement room made a good play room for the kids, and there is a playground a 3 minute walk away.

We will stay here again!
The house looked exactly like the photos & the description was accurate. We drove up from Kansas to spend time with family and the lovely home was within 8 miles of every activity and restaurant we ate at. The tray for shoes and boots is a great idea to keep the floors clean. Thank you so much for allowing us to park in the garage, that’s a special amenity! The sofa is comfortable, we enjoyed watching a couple of movies while we were there. It was nice to have a copy of the Bible an available so we didn’t have to do our daily scripture reading on a phone app. The neighborhood is very quiet, we slept in twice. FYI: the house numbers for these homes are on a plaque on the left side of the garage and it blends in with the color of the brick.

Exactly what it was advertised
There for 2 weeks for Mayo and wanted a quiet place to come back to and not a hotel. Was 15 minutes from the campus and an easy drive. Five to ten minutes from all the stores you need. Property was in a quiet neighborhood and was clean and ready to go when we got there a day late. Manager of property was prompt with replies and accommodated us when the stay needed to be extended a few days.

Close to Mayo and super clean
This house is set back and a quiet new neighborhood. Very good access to mayo without being right in the middle of the downtown Mayo area. Lots of shopping, places to eat, and banks! did not feel inconvenienced at all. House was clean and quiet and just what I needed for this extremely stressful visit. Thank you again for having an affordable place for families that have to come out of town by because we all know it gets expensive very quickly! Being able to use, the garage is much appreciated, especially during those cold Minnesota winter’s! Thank you again 🙏❤️🙏

10 min. from Mayo
Clean, cozy place to stay! Exactly as pictured and a 10 minute drive to the Mayo Clinic. Staying in a house in a neighborhood vs. a hotel room created a more home-like atmosphere that was much needed after long medical days! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need (including both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig), and the kindness of the host was amazing. She even made sure the driveway was shoveled after it snowed! Her communication was fantastic, and we wanted for nothing.

I stayed here bc I was in town for Mayo Clinic treatment prep. Walking into the house, it was very nice and clean. However, there was a lot of religious things in the house that was very in your face. A large laminated page was on the dining room table that said, “live life for Jesus Christ”, with listed websites and Instagram info on how to follow the page with the same name. I am not religious, and honestly, felt very uncomfortable. There was also a bracelet that said the same thing for you to take. There were Bible verses in the food basket, and water by the front door that said, “holy water”. I feel that places should be neutral so whoever visits feels at home. One other thing, I don’t understand the $75 cleaning fee when we are to do laundry, dishes, and take out all of the garbages. And the person who stays on a Wednesday is to take the garbage to the street. I feel like I’m doing everything but vacuuming. I don’t know, maybe this is a normal practice. I did give 5 stars on everything bc these are just my personal feelings and doesn’t need to deter from the fact that the house was clean, and in a great neighborhood.

We love that there was a garage! Also, the location was very convenient to the Mayo Clinic. There is a park in the neighborhood that is within walking distance from the house. We took the kids there twice, and they loved it!

The property was great. We were in town visiting family and it was a great location and place to use as our base and for hanging out. The property was as advertised and we were pleased with the entire experience. We will definitely stay again in the future when back in town.
