Very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very clean. You could tell they take pride in the hotel. I have stayed there several times when I visit the Mayo Clinic.

Nothing online States anything about needing a deposit however once you arrive they tell you that you have to pay the deposit that needs to be in cash and you cannot cancel your reservation or you'll lose your money so it puts you in a pretty tight spot if you're not expecting that. And they seem to charge each individual differently some are charge 50 and some are charged 100 simply based upon their choosing.
