The Space:
The South Wedge is one of Rochesters most sought after neighborhoods. With its convenient location to local businesses, medical centers, and colleges you will never have a far distance to travel to your destination.
You will find the neighborhood safe, and quiet - with lots of people walking dogs year round at all hours.
You are within walking distance to coffee shops , bars, grocery stores, restaurants, and Highland Hospital. Gyms, universities retail stores, and malls are only a 5 to 10 mins drive.
With its central location and proximity to I-490, you will have access to virtually every corner of Rochester in <20 mins by car, with many places being <10 mins.

Disclaimers:
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Up to one (1) dog is allowed at this home with the express consent of owner. If an unauthorized pet is brought on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement and may be removed from property without refund.
There is a 1 dog limit, and a $100 one time pet fee will be charged. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained.

You will have access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in Rochester's vibrant south wedge neighborhood. Throughout the year you will find neighbors out and about on walks with dogs and family. You are in walking distance of bars, restaurants, a grocery store, deli, coffee shops, and highland hospital! Its central location means you will be within a 10 minutes drive of retail stores, malls, colleges (U of R and URMC, RIT, SJFU, Naz, MCC) golf courses and much more. Almost nothing will be more than a 15 min drive away
This property is dog friendly with a large fenced in back yard and black pet towels provided at the front and rear entrances to help clean up from the outside.

Getting Around:
There are 2 driveway parking spots and free on street parking as well (it does alternate so be sure to read signs if you chose not to use the driveway).
Inside trash is under the kitchen sink, recycle is in the corner near the back door. Out door trash (green) and recycling bins (blue) are located through the back door. Trash pick up is Thursday AM. An agent of the host will take care of putting it out and taking it back in however please do ensure you are not parked blocking the gate to the backyard (it opens into the driveway). In the summer lawncare will stop by 1x per week and will need to briefly access backyard to mow.
For your safety, the large mirror in the office is affixed to the wall. Please do NOT attempt to move it.
If any furniture was moved during your stay (ie chairs) we kindly ask you return them to their original place. Otherwise there are no specific exit tasks for guest upon departure - you can leave trash/recycle in the inside cans, bedding on the bed, and towels can be left hanging or piled in tub.
