Must visit! Minutes away from the cracker plant with pool and bar downstairs!!

This property was previously known as The Penn Beaver Hotel in 1920. It was home of the famous "Beaver Room" and the "Country Squire Dining Room". Often times, big time entertainers would stay at the Penn Beaver.

One such story shared many years ago by a Rochester merchant recalled The Three Stooges prowling Brighton Avenue while in town for a show, and staying at the Penn Beaver Hotel.
