"My husband and I stayed in Connie's apartment in Zumbrota for a weekend. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed the thoughtful snacks, water, coffee, and tea provided to make us feel at home and welcome. Connie's communication with us was excellent, check-in and check-out was very easy, and she did a great job providing us with helpful information. The location was great. A gas station/convenience store, grocery store, restaurants, and fun shops were less than a block or two...

"The District Attorneys Office apartment in downtown Rochester is a unique property. The host communicated well, and gave clear instructions, unfortunately, a few of the amenities, like hot water in the tub, broken handles on two sinks, a non-working fireplace, lots of street noise from the bars across the street, and an 18 overnight charge for parking for our second vehicle were a disappointment. If only one of the items hadn't occurred, I might still given a better review."

"Overall, our stay was good. Was exactly how it was listed. Clean. Host was very responsive. Absolutely appreciated that. Parking was a little confusing as you are assigned a parking spot. There was snow covering the spots. Wasn’t sure what was our spot. Didn’t want our vehicle towed. Other than that, was what we needed for our visit at the Mayo "

"Over all it was the perfect location to get to Mayo and StMarys hospital.However they need to replace the filthy rugs!!Also,I booked this place for 26 days but only stayed there 16 days!I reached out to owner about refund or maybe use those extra days in February,because we will be making more trips to Mayo!!!We did not get an answer at all from the owner!!Thats just RUDE!!"

"Great location to the natatorium, the place we moved to was great! New, clean, and relaxing. It may have been a new listing as it was missing some of the essentials that our other stays have had like shampoo, conditioner, soap, wash pods, salt, pepper, non stick pans, etc. Owner was very responsive and flexible with checkout which was greatly appreciated."
