Ferienhaus Ca' Giustin
Schön gelegenes, sehr grosszügiges und stilvolles Haus auf einem grossen Grundstück, toller Aussicht, teilw schönen Möbeln. Man kann sich am Pool oder irgendwo im Schatten treffen, kann sich aber auch aus dem Weg gehen. Die Kinder liebten den Pool, sollten aber schwimmen können. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden, das muss man wollen. Die Küche ist übervollständig - einiges gehört schlicht entsorgt. Anderes ist in die Jahre gekommen. Und trotzdem: wir fanden das Haus ganz toll!

großes Haus in ruhiger Lage, viel Platz drumrum, dennoch inzwischen ziemlich zugewachsen, was viel von dem Charme wegnimmt. Ausstattung reichlich bis erdrückend... In derKüche zwar viel Geschirr und auch Pfannen, aber 20 Pfannen mit völlig kaputtem Teflon sind nicht nur unansehnlich sondern auch ungesund. Auch in den Bädern müsste das ein oder andere dringend saniert werden. Wir haben nachts einige Stiche abbekommen...

Schönes Haus, mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet; Küchenausstattung super; Essbereich vor dem Haus für 10 Personen relativ eng und die Stühle etwas unbequem;leider viele Ameisen in Küche und Bädern, ansonsten sauber; schöne Grillstelle; Holzliegen mit Auflagen am Pool super; schöner Rundblick vom Pool Richtung Tal und Roccaverano; Terrasse zur Poolseite leider wenig genutzt, da weit weg von der Küche und Richtung Osten; Betten in Ordnung, quietschen teilweise; leider wenig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, auch für Restaurants muss man mindestens 15 Minuten fahren; Hausbesitzerin sehr freundlich, spricht aber nur italienisch

Sehr schönes großes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Gepflegtes schönes Grundstück mit rundherum nichts. Lage empfehlenswert wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, allerdings braucht man für die rund 25 Kilometer nach Alba knapp über eine Stunde. Die Gegend ist für jedes Navi eine Herausforderung und für die teils sehr steilen Serpentinen ist ein gutes Auto mit automatik Schaltung von Vorteil. Kosten für Heizung und Strom sehr teuer. Im Haus gibt mehrere Termostate die man im Auge behalten sollt.

Freigelände und Pool grandios, völlig ungestört, richtig viel Platz und tolle Aussicht. Das Haus bietet auch sehr viel Platz, ist allerdings mit Möbeln und diversen Einrichtungsgegenständen Recht voll gestellt, was sich auch auf die Sauberkeit auswirkt. Aber alles im Rahmen.

Es ist ein wunderbares, ruhig ...
Es ist ein wunderbares, ruhig gelegenes Urlaubsquartier. Wir hatten eine schönen, erholsamen Urlaub. Die Übergabe durch die nette und hilfsbereite Hausbetreuerin hat reibungslos funktioniert. Der Preis von 1838 Euro / Woche für 12 Personen sehen wir jedoch aus folgenden Gründen nicht gerechtfertigt. 1. Ameisen im Aussenbereich sind normal. Ameisen in der Küche (Küchenarbeitsplatte & Herdbereich) nicht. 2. Das Aussenlicht an der Terasse ging nicht (haben wir bei Abreise der Hausbetreuering mitgeteilt)3. Als wir ankamen war das Pool nicht sauber, da der Reinigungsrobotter defekt war und ersetzt werden musste. Wurde innerhalb von 2 Std erledigt (Reinigung ging dann auf unsere Stromkosten) 4. Die Schlösser der Badtüren haben geklemmt. Wenn man sich eingeschlossen hatte war viel Fingerspitzengefühl oder fremde Hilfe erforderlich um sich wieder zu "befreien" (Haben wir bei Abreise der Hausbetreuering mitgeteilt. 5. Die Gartenliegen sind nicht mehr die neuesten und teilweise schon ziemlich geflickt. Gleiches trifft für die Stühle im Innenraum zu. In Anbetracht der zusätzlichen Zahlung von Neben und Verbrauchskosten ist das an sich schöne Objekt überteuert. Reisetipps: Unscheinbare Schilder und Wege führen zu den besten Produkten der Region (Käse; Wein; Nüsse ...) in diesem Naturparadies.
