"The apartment is located in a residential area, outside of the main tourist zone. Gianni was an excellent host, with super clear check in instructions. There is a small fruit market across the street. Restaurants and coffee shops about a 10 minute walk down the hill. Property felt very safe behind 3 locked doors/gates. Street noise more pronounced in the back bedroom, so you might need earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. We stayed 2 nights to get over jet lag, and the apartment suited our needs."

"Our wonderful hosts, Vitti & Federico, welcomed us so warmly to their beautiful apartment that we felt instantly at home. As well as being spacious and stylish, the apartment is very conveniently located so it's very easy to get around to all the sights and to great eateries & shops. We enjoyed a wonderful stay and very highly recommend the Marquis of Naples"

"We enjoyed our three nights in Napoli, found the flat very much to our liking. It's comfortable and quiet, well supplied and has plenty of room. I loved the high--very high!--ceilings and doors. The balcony was a great place for people watching. There are many cofffee bars and restaurants in the area, and a supermarket just around the corner. The archeological museum is an easy walk away.Piero is a kind and welcoming host, a very nice man. It was a pleasure to meet him. "

"The owner canceled the reservation right when we got there and made another reservation on a different date that I didn’t want it and charged me for both . I’m still making phone calls to reverse the payments."

"The apartment is in an urban area close to the ruins of Pompeii. Our host was very responsive and came to help us immediately when there was confusion about room access. There are balconies that give interesting views of the city and large rooms, three beds. There’s a parking ramp nearby and the attendant was very kind. He met us extra early so we could make our train by 7am! We had a very nice time."

"Neighborhood was quite a surprise, in a good way! Loved the vibe. What a beautiful city and beautiful people ! Can’t wait to go back. Apartment was as promised. Only issue was the propane running out, which was taken care of promptly. Wi-fi was an issue no matter where we were in Italy. "

"When I checked in, I was stunned to learn it was a tiny 1 bedroom property, on VRBO it was said to be 2 bedroom. In the bedroom, you had to inch along the bed with your back scraping the wall. There were no instructions on how to use the washer, so not usable. It was incredibly hot, so I handwashed my clothes. "This beautiful property was a welcome reprieve from our long travels. The family has been involved with this property for multiple generations and the care they provide to the guests and lush gardens, make it feel like a slice of heaven in the middle of the city. Highly recommend!"

"A local taxi driver, who was unfamiliar with the home, summarized it well when he took his first look and simply said: “Nice”. The rooms were large and comfortable, well furnished and had absolutely stunning views of the community and bay. "We had a wonderful 2 night stay here. The view was fantastic- we had a corner suite with a view of the sea. The front desk was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and organizing a taxi for our early morning departure. We highly recommend this property!"
