"Good hotel, big room and bathroom.but what really annoyed me that they dont offer free 2 bottles of water as thousand of hotels does. If you have a kettle, in the room with coffee capsule, tea, cream, nescafe, etc.....you want me to take it from the mini bar for 2.5 euro?????? . Its disrespect for customer....take higher price of the room and put free bottle of water next to the kettle or remove them"

"Set up in the hills overlooking Levanto, this was a lovely & quiet hotel. They also provide bus shuttle services into Levanto & return. They provide a lovely self service buffet breakfast inside or out on the terrace. Once in Levanto you purchase train tickets to all of Cinque Terra towns, and the National Park entry tickets We really enjoyed our 3 day stay there."

"The breakfast is fantastic The pillows are quite hard which made the bed uncomfortable and I still have a sore neck If you’re someone who likes to have a bath - there was one in my bathroom and it was a proper size - having the soap / shampoo etc on the wall at a height for showing makes bathing really awkward to actually wash. Since they’re fixed to the wall and almost impossible to remove it’s annoying. "

The room was in a separate building (which was advertised) and it took us almost an hour from the moment we came to reception until we got to the room, including figuring out our way around the parking, and getting luggage to the room. Small coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was really good and added a bonus to this average hotel. Staff are amazing and pay attention to all your needs. "
