"Owner very friendly and knowledgable about history and amenities of the location, also very helpful wth advice on where to eat and what to do. Country location so car is needed but set in beautiful Tuscan scenery not too far from the seaside. Everything an experienced traveller needs is provided for, I would recommend it."

"We really enjoyed the pool especially with the heat wave. However it was especially hot in the house and additional fans or ceiling fans would have been welcomed in the bedrooms on the ground floor. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery etc….Coffee machines were a plus. (The only problem we encountered is the fact that the property manager sent us a lease contract, which was a bit confusing, since we were dealing with VRBO. "Location is lovely, very isolated though, so you need a car. No restaurant or even breakfast facilities within less than 3 to 5 km. Great kitchen in the apartment. Perfect when traveling with a dog: you can walk them easily between the fields. Just bear in mind there is no air conditioning in the apartment. Wifi did work so-so. TV did not work and they did not come to fix it despite saying they would. Limited number of power plugs. Lovely beach and free dog beach 15 minute drive away."

"Très bon accueil et l’endroit est bien optimisé et arrangé. Cependant la chambre très vieillotte les porte très fine le mieux c’est d’avoir des bouchons d’oreilles. Les repas et pdj dispos que à partir de 8:00 et 20:00 aucune offre sans gluten L’endroit en plein milieu des champs l’odeur qui va avec . On a pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. J’ai l’impression qu’il il n’y a pas d’ambiance. C’est pas un endroit qui me donne envie d’y retourner"

"Beach side property. We rented a small villa. The villa was great. We were able to dine indoors or on the patio. The beach is well kept and we had access to chairs and parasol. This resort is made for a relaxing vacation "
