"The staff was friendly, informative, and helpful. They gave us were amazing dining recommendations. The property is a decent walk to town center which is fine but it’s not a pretty walk. The birds were very loud. There was a Saturday night disco and people talking loudly at night. "

"Things to like: Lovely pool area, well-kept grounds, great food at dinner, simple but updated room, access to Alba area. Things to consider: For US travelers, it could be challenging if you need extra service, since the staff currently did not speak English. We appreciated their frugal country ways, but also found the place dark (lights out- nobody at desk after 8). A bit isolated in August but could be delightful when they host weddings there. "

"Das Hotel wirkt komplett vernachlässigt. Es ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet, der Frühstücksraum hat die Atmosphäre eine Bahnhofshalle. Das Frühstück bestand meist aus vom Vortag übrig gebliebenen Resten (die am nächsten Morgen noch genauso dort gestanden sind, zB Kuchen und Brot). Es gab ausschließlich Marmelade, auf meine Frage nach Butter meinte die Hausherrin "nein, die hab ich nicht". Die Matratze im Bett war durchgelegen und desolat. "This large country home easily fit our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Giordana was immediately responsive to inquiries before, during and after our stay. The pool was really a sitting pool to cool off in, you could not actually swim, which we knew. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were large, bathrooms sufficient. Our host even helped arrange a private Cooking lesson for our family which was fantastic. I highly recommend this home near Asti and Alba."

"Magda was a great host, and her communication with us before arrival and during our stay was excellent. The property is located on a quiet street very close to the city center, so there are countless restaurant options that are within a few minutes of walking. On site private gated parking was super convenient. Highly recommend Rivetto Suites!"
