"Great clean place with a nice lighted fishing pier. Drums were biting great on dead shrimp off the left corner. Bedrooms were clean with sofas to relax on besides the bed. Price is perfect for a great fishing getaway. "

"My family and I spent a week and a half at this property while work was being done on our house. The location was very convenient, and the house was very comfortable. We had no problems during our stay, and were very happy with the property overall. Thank you!"

"I grew up on the canals and staying at this fabulous, expansive, and fun home brought back lots of great memories. Great location - 20 mins to beaches and into city. Hosts are friendly, communicate clearly, are welcoming, and friendly. Highly recommend this property."

"Good location and comfortable home"

"We had a business trip to Orlando for the week and decided to stay the weekend in Cocoa Beach. The property was perfect and cozy, close to the beach and anything we else we needed. We would recommend this condo and hope to return soon! "

"was an overall nice place but many lights were burned out or not working. Porch, closet, Kitchen mainly which is dark without the overhead light. No way to change bulbs.Customer service was excellent as they responded via text immediately with a few initial small issues. Never sent someone out to check on kitchen light though.."

"We enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The beds were comfortable. The weather was cold so we didn’t get to use the pool. The outside landscape and views were nice. The front gate provided security but was a little challenging to open/close and lock. It got easier as we figured it out! Sylvia was very responsive to any needs we had!"
