"House was perfect for 4 women who were there to shop and eat!! VERY clean and mostly convenient to downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! "

"Had a great trip to Natchitoches for our girls weekend. We debated staying in town versus on the river and we’re glad we stayed on the river. The place was beautiful, comfortable and perfect for our trip. We enjoyed the outside area each night, even though it was too hot to use the fire pit. Next time we stay here we’ll make sure it’s cool enough for that! :)"

"We enjoyed the house! Beautiful deck and lovely views. Only thing we didn’t like was that the lake had been drawn down to epic levels. We heard from more than more than one person that it had never been that low. Would have been good to know and we might have just left our boat at home. We would have still made the trip, just without the boat. All in all it was a great week! "

"First, we never intended to stay at this property. The original VRBO we had booked canceled last minute, because of flooding in that area. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the cleanliness, and beyond the normal comforts were available, should we need anything. We travel with all of our own blankets, and even pack laundry soap and dishwasher detergents, but had we needed for anything, the host had seen to every detail. A few nice games were available for the kids, throw blankets were...

"I thought the section of the house was nice spacious with great AC. some of the rooms down stair had some dead roaches present, but everything else was perfect and I had my privacy without any issues."

" We are genuinely impressed with your home. As owners of over 20 rentals ourselves we pride our properties on maintenance upkeep and cleanliness and you guys get an A+++ in our book. Great neighborhood and for those of us over 60 it’s the best in access out to dock and anywhere on grounds. You have done an excellent job in providing outdoor covered dining cooking and relaxing area. The quality of the property speaks for itself. Inside and out. Thank you for having us. We will be back in spring. "

"These cabins are the real deal. Cedar walls and cabinets give the cabin feel but all the linens and amenities are in great shape. We appreciated the cleanliness, the porches, fire pits, BBG pits, cable, wifi, and scenery. It felt like we were in Arkansas with the topography and the harwood fall foliage . We didn't try out fishing but there's a great spot to try your luck. We stayed at Cabin 6 and it was next to the hanging swings around a big fire pit. We enjoyed swinging, listening to music,...
