"We needed a place to collapse and reset! This was perfect! Secluded and private with a beautiful sandy beach overlooking the lake. Not having to transport our own kayaks was a great plus; kayaks in good shape. The light over the main dining table was not working, as well as a few electric outlets ..."

Unfortunately it might take a lot more money to improve the area than would be sensible. It is a wonderful location, but may be on the way to too many other wonderful locations.
