Our breathtaking - fully furnished 2 Bedroom Villa offers a high-end and relaxing experience that will make your stay one of a lifetime. Ample space in the bedroom, living room, elegant decorated interior space. The living and dining areas are the perfect settings to bring families or friends. Our villa features free Wi-Fi, cable television "flat-screen TV", washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, including stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and beautiful granite countertops.

Amazing ocean view and spectacular views to the golf course "an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Pete Dye" Open up sliding doors and enjoy the gentle ocean breeze, dip into our infinity pool, or just lay down and get some sun. Even better, take advantage of your own private splash pool, or visit the beach club for a beach walk relax and wait for the sunset, forget about your daily routine in a such serene place where time slows down.

Electric is not included in the rental rate, I will take to read the meter at check-in and check out, the total used will be collected cash or credit. Beach club amenities are not included in the rental cost and paid to the beach club. Car rental is highly recommend as there is no public transportation available.

They gave us a different villa than what we originally booked.
Our experience with this listing was not the best. I booked this villa through VRBO months ago for my family to stay during my wedding weekend that was happening in Las Verandas. To my surprise at the time of check in, the property management told me that the villa I had booked was already rented through a different website and they were going to give me a villa much further away from Las Verandas and the beach club. After further discussion, they were able to find a villa on the same street as the original booking. Check in did not happened until after 4pm. When checking out, it clearly states on this listing that checkout time is 11am. However, they told us that the contract stated 9am. Jackie did say that they would give my family more time to checkout if they really needed it. I will thank Jackie for doing what she could to help us out, but I would not recommend renting through this property management company.

Paradise Found
Our trip to Roatan was everything we dreamed it could be, and more.! The villa (#1214) we stayed in was beautiful. Waking up in the morning, you can see a view of the ocean from your bed. You have your own private pool and patio to enjoy. There is an 18 hole Peter Dye designed golf course called the Black Pearl right at your door step. You can also go to the tennis courts, two large pools, gym and beach on site. There are a few restaurants within walking distance- Flava at the Beach Club and the stunning Palapa Bar and Las Pergolas at Las Verandas. Walk up to Sky for an out-of-this-world view! We went on so many fun excursions---swimming with the dolphins at Anthony's Key (you can play with them in the water), zip-lining and monkeys at Gumbalimba Park, great restaurants and shops at West End and West Bay, snorkeling to a ship-wreck right from the beach near the villa, Sloth Farm, Iguana Farm, day trip to Little Frenchy's Key with wild cats, parrots, monkeys and more. There is so much to see and do! I would definitely recommend staying here and experiencing all that Roatan has to offer.

Loved Every Minute!
My family had an amazing week in Roatan! We loved staying at Pristine Bay. The villa was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Our view from the villa was gorgeous and we spent our mornings enjoying our coffee on the deck, taking it in. We hired a taxi for the week and made lots of memories exploring the island. I would recommend this villa to friends and family in a heartbeat and would love to return some day.

Breathtaking views of the Ocean and Golf Course
We loved staying at Villa #1214. It was modern and clean and well-maintained. Having the private deck with private pool was perfect. The Black Pearl Golf Course was a great course to play on and was designed by Pete Dye. What we really loved were the great restaurants so close by. Las Verandas was within walking distance. The restaurant and pub there were fabulous and not overcrowded. We loved going to Cal's--a local restaurant with great food and amazing views. Also loved French Key, Gumbalimba Park and visiting the West End. We loved having a cocktail and watching the Sunset from Sundowners. My husband and I would go back in a second. We would definitely give this place a 5 star rating and recommend Pristine Bay villa to our friends and family :)
