This enchanting home features two spacious master suites, each equipped with a king bed and an additional twin bed if needed. It's the ideal vacation destination for two couples or a family looking to make lasting memories. The inviting dock in front boasts a charming thatched palapa, bench seating, and a hammock – a perfect spot to enjoy breathtaking sunrises with your morning coffee, sunbathe during the day, indulge in a relaxing massage, or unwind with your favorite drink as you watch the sun set over the horizon.

The beach-level layout offers an open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a dining table, complemented by a lighted ceiling fan and air conditioning. The living area features two comfortable sofas, with Starlink Wi-Fi and Amazon Prime for your entertainment. Sliding glass doors open onto a spacious covered deck, where you can savor meals or relax while admiring the rhythmic waves breaking on the reef. An outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a swim, and a hammock invites you to take in the gentle sea breezes and soothing sounds of the ocean. Don’t forget to enjoy early morning walks or cozy evening gatherings around the fire pit, marveling at the starry sky above.

The lower master bedroom, conveniently located off the living area, is designed for privacy with wooden doors. It offers a king bed and a twin bed, with large windows framing stunning ocean views, abundant closet space, an overhead fan, and air conditioning. The bathroom features both a bathtub and shower, easily accessible from either the bedroom or the living room.

Both the front and rear stairways lead to the second bedroom, which features a luxurious king pillowtop bed and a twin bed. This room also showcases large windows offering captivating views of the Caribbean Ocean and includes an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, two spacious closets, air conditioning, and an overhead fan.

Step outside to the upper bedroom’s expansive deck, where constant ocean breezes and a 180-degree view offer a serene environment to relax and soak in the vibrant hues of the ocean.

For the adventurous, there are two stand-up paddleboards, four single kayaks, and one tandem kayak available to explore the beautiful waters nearby. A local dive shop can arrange diving, snorkeling, or fishing excursions, providing convenient drop-off at your dock at the end of the day. After a day of adventure, relax as an authentic local island meal can be prepared for you upon request.

The property is located on a private point accessed by a gated wooden bridge. Although measures are taken to combat sandflies they still may be encountered. We provide spray but always a good idea to bring some.
