This 3 bedroom, 3 bath luxury villa has a private pool, amazing ocean views and all the modern conveniences. Located at Pristine Bay Resort which features on-sight dining, optional Tennis, Golf and Beach Club amenities.

Perfect for couples or families looking to enjoy the tropics in an upscale mid island location that allows for the best of both worlds.

let us start in the modern kitchen. Adjacent to the living area this open concept feeds from kitchen to living and out to pool deck seamlessly. Giving you the pleasure of enjoying group company without being on top of each other.

High Speed Wifi, Cable TV with US channels and high end finishes (Tommy Bahama Furniture, Stainless appliances, Travertine floors, Granite counters and more) will put you at ease.

From the living area you can retreat to one of three bedrooms. The Master features big ocean views and king size bed with double vanity on-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom nearly as large as the master also has an ocean view. Third bedroom set up with a queen bunk and single upper giving you flexibility.

Outdoor living is why you choose to come to the tropics and having a north east facing pool deck and patio you will enjoy the views and trade-winds. Swim, socialize and relax.
