Incredible ocean and sunset views from this brand new ground floor condo in West End on the iron shore! The condo has plenty of patio space to enjoy the sunset and breeze! This 2 bedroom condo has comfy queen size beds, air conditioners, ceiling fans, ocean view, and storage space! The living area has plenty of seating with ocean views, air conditioner, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with hot water! Drinking water, cable & wifi are included.

Electricity is charged by meter at $0.42/kWh. Guests are given a credit of $25 per stay. Most guests do not owe additional funds with responsible air conditioning usage. $40 cleaning fee.

Great views with great breeze! Modern & clean!

Wonderful condo within easily walking distance to West End. Very modern and clean. Great for two or three people at max. Beautiful sliders open the wall to the ocean for a great view along with a great breeze. Hosts communicate well and has a person nearby for any urgent needs. Would absolutely recommend!

Surpassing all expectations by a long shot.

Our new favorite spot in the West End! We’ve been staying in the West End for a few weeks each year, and this place has been the best so far. It’s clean, comfortable, in a great location, quiet, and offers gorgeous views. You can even walk to Half Moon Bay. After two weeks, we didn’t want to leave. It’s the perfect place for us. Highly recommended!

AMAZING Ocean front Condo in the West End

We LOVED this brand new oceanfront condo rental in the West End. Initially, when booking it, we were concerned about the low number of reviews. The condo has breathtaking views, well-designed and brand new interior, and convenient location near restaurants and shops, and exceptional hospitality from Katy the property manager. We can't wait to return for our next trip!

Oceanfront perfection!

First class condo! Only minutes from all the action in West End. Five minute walk to Half Moon Bay and beach. It is in a secluded but very safe area making it quiet and peaceful. The sunset views right off the back porch were exquisite. Complete with all the kitchen and laundry amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be returning! Thank you for such a relaxing place!

A great place to stay!

If you're considering renting this place....just book it NOW, you won't be disappointed! We were a group of four (2 couples) and were very comfortable here.The wall-of-windows that open to the lanai and the water were our favorite feature of this rental. Everything is just as it looks in the picture, beautiful. As an added bonus, there is now a gas-grill on the lanai. It was a huge bonus for us, since we like to cook most meals 'in'. There are also 2 folding beach chairs in the closet for guests to use.The condo is in a very safe area and an easy walk to the restaurants and shops in West End. Even at night we walked down there without any safety concerns. We also highly recommend a trip to Camp Bay beach. A remote and more 'natural' beach.

Above and beyond our expectations

Communication with the owner was excellent from the very beginning. We were met at the condo by someone who showed us how everything worked. The location was perfect. Just a short walk into West End and lots of restaurants. Close to water taxis that took us to West Bay on multiple occasions, The balcony was perfect for watching the sunset in the evenings. The only thing I didn’t quite get was the electricity charge. It seemed as if no matter how long you stayed, you would receive a 25 credit per stay. You would think it would be so much per day. We did not use our AC and still went over our allotment and had to pay extra before we left. We loved it here and are already planning our return trip!
