PROPERTY INFORMATION:
This waterfront luxury condo is located on Mangrove Bight in West End. It is conveniently located in a safe, quiet area of West End.There is no need for a car! It is a 3 minute walk to bars, restaurants, Dive Shops, and Half Moon Bay Beach (where the famous Sundowners Bar is located), and a less than 10 minute boat ride to West Bay Beach which is considered one of the best beaches in the Caribbean.

This well decorated, air-conditioned 1800 square foot condo has everything you will want. It is located in one of the two waterfront building. It has fantastic breezes and ocean views.

It also has a brand new super energy efficient central AC.

It has everything you will want:
-Pool with lounge chairs
-Dock
-Oceanfront sunbathing area / sunset cocktail deck
-Master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV, an en-suite bathroom
-Second master bedroom with a king bed
-Third bedroom with a Queen Bed
-A kitchen fully equipped with the great appliances, a breakfast bar, and granite counter tops
-A washer and dryer
-Large custom made dining table
-Living area with a sofa, love seat, and a HDTV with DVD and Cable.
-A balcony with great ocean views, a fantastic breeze, a large propane grill, and a table and chairs.

This luxurious condo comfortably sleeps 6 people.


As part of our rental service, we can arrange for anything and everything you want to do while on the island. We have lived here for over 10 years and know everything about everything on Roatan.

ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
We include an electricity allowance that covers the use of the fans, fridge, and hot water heater. But instead of charging fees for laundry, A/C , extra people, and so forth, it is easier and fairer to charge for electricity instead. We read the meter at check-in and check-out and use the previous month's bill to determine the rate. We found that including electricity in the price made people want to get their money's worth by leaving the A/Cs constantly on at full blast and every light in the place on. Not only is it eco unfriendly, it meant we had to tack on an extra $500 / week to the rental rate.

Assuming you use the AC at night on a reasonable temperature, the typical electric bill is $15 - $20 / day.

We have a fantastic year round wind that comes straight through the condo if you leave the doors open. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony so you can leave the sliding glass door open and get a nice ocean breeze. You might not even need A/C.


We have four other three bedroom units at the same property available to rent in the same complex also available for rent if you are a larger group.

We are also an eco-friendly, green rental property. We do as much as we can to reduce our environmental footprint. We have super energy efficient ACs and hot water heaters. We cut down on plastic waste, have recycling and composting available for renters, support local NGOs that work on environmental and coral reef conservation, and provide eco tips and advice for guests while they are on the island.
