"We were in town for the FWSSR livestock competitions and this was an excellent place to stay after being in the cold barns all day! The location was easy to get to and there were so many restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and well thought-out. We hope to stay again next year!"

"Great property for a stay near TCU. Very comfortable, owners very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was great. Would definitely stay again but it is important to know that this is a guest house over the garage. Full use of backyard area while there and that space is as amazing as the pics show. "

A country like a neighborhood with nature all around.

"We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"I mean it when I say this is the best rental we have stayed at! Marilyn and Johnny were extremely welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Not to mention, some of the friendliest people you will meet!. The cabin is exactly as pictured/ described in the listing. It's cozy, and the fire pit is very enjoyable on colder nights. The kitchenette was very adequately stocked and it was nice to have a more apartment-feeling accommodation to come back to at the end of the day. The only issue we had was the noise of the structural supports. We stayed on the second floor, and whenever any of the doors on the floor were opened, creaking along the roof and structures would reverberate through our room, which as a light sleeper, made it difficult to sleep sometimes.
