"Very clean! Updated cozy little apartment with everything you need. The outside patio was better than photos. If there were any downsides it might be that we found we had to keep the doors closed to keep the moisture out. But of course this is the trade off for staying on the water! All in all a great stay (especially for a surfer because it was a 2 min walk to the best wave in Tortola!)"

"We stayed two extra nights at the end of a 11 day boat trip and it was perfect. Quiet and relaxing with a great view. It was clean and we rented a truck to drive all over the island. We were able to come and go as we pleased. We had the entire lower apartment to ourselves. Being able to laundry prior to flying home was an extra plus. We would do it this way again in the future."

"The three unit building was surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and very private. The apartments are large multi-level spaces. Everything you need is provided. The owners/staff were super friendly and helpful. Plan to rent a car. You can easily walk to stores & restaurants in Spanish Town, but to get to all the spectacular beaches on the island will require a car/jeep."

"Sublime. This is the best location on island. Jonathan and Jude make sure your stay is perfect and that whatever it is from services to best things to do during your stay are at your fingertips. The property was beyond lovely and spotless, the pool was a treasure after a day at the beach which is very close. Look no further!"

"Nelle was very helpful, very thorough in directions. Part of our group made it in to stay & some did not; they even went to dinner with her. We paid extra for a larger group & she gave us a partial refund; which she did not have to. I definitely would recommend her as a host"

"The screen door to the balcony needs to be replaced It doesn’t work properly and allowed small bugs to get in. The door lock to the apartment was broken so we couldn’t lock it. Not much hot water for showering. We managed but had to wait between showers. We were able to manage ok and it was in our budget so considering we were only there to sleep, it was fine. If you’re expecting luxury you’re not getting it here but if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, it’s fine. We spent each day...

"Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villa! We absolutely loved the jaw-dropping view from the huge outdoor patio balcony. We ate our meals and played games outside with the breathtaking view of Brewer’s Bay in the background. Our host, Heather, was very helpful and responsive to any needs we had and gave us excellent names for taxi drivers to bring us to and from the villa. The private path to the beach is a semi-difficult (but not long) hike , but so worth it! Our littlest...
