Ozark Outing - a spectacular view of the Lake of the Ozarks

Nothing says summer quite like a lake house vacation! After traveling down a notorious lake road you'll arrive at your oasis destination and be wowed by the views the moment you step into the home. This second tier lake home has views from the back deck that span the entire length of the house. It’s a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, family home located in a safe neighborhood, on the 43 mile marker on the Lake of the Ozarks. Theres plenty parking space, a garage and additional space for boat trailers right out front, along with a boat ramp that we will give you access to! All guests should note that we are on the quieter side of the lake, with *quiet hours* implemented in our community from 11pm to 6am. If you are in need of a relaxing getaway with your family, friends or both, then this is the perfect place for you!

Home & Dock Details:
This recently renovated lake home is on the 43-mile marker and located near Laurie and Camdenton. There’s 2 queen size beds in each room, 2 queen size pull out beds in the living room, an extra cot in the closet, 2 full-bathrooms and the house comes fully stocked with kitchen appliances, extra linen, beach towels, extra shampoos, a grill, coffee and so much more. Our thought is, you only need to pack a swimsuit, change of clothes and a toothbrush! We try to make it easy for our guests and supply everything they may need for their stay. So take in the view or snuggle up by the wood burning fireplace. This little home away from home will have you feeling relaxed!

Now let’s move outside! Not only does the kitchen and living room have beautiful views of the lake, but that back deck takes the cake! We have a very spacious back deck with lots of seating, a dinner table, a grill (grilling utensils & propane provided) and a wicked view of the lake. When you are done relaxing on the deck, we invite you down to your own private dock! You’ll take the stairs down from the back deck, cross the street and take the concrete steps down to the dock (be prepared for a mini workout when going back up). The extra cardio will be worth it for a fun day in the water! We have an 8-foot-high platform *use with caution and adult supervision* a lily pad, and paddle board you may use during your stay. You will also have access to our private boat ramp located a quarter mile from the home and will have plenty of space to park your boat trailer as well.

NOTICE: There is only one Internet provider in this location so holiday weekends can get overloaded making the Internet slower. If you plan to work from home we suggest bringing your own hot spot just incase!

*NO pets and NO smoking inside allowed. If pets are brought, or if smoking is detected inside there will be $100 or more per pet/per offense taken from the deposit for an additional cleaning fee. If there is damage to property, you will not get your deposit back.
