While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. "The owner “Yama sang” and staff are so polite and nice. Yama sang would drop you off at ski resorts and major hotels and attractions if you need a ride. Breakfast is included although the stay is very reasonable. Breakfasts were excellent. I had problems coming back home since I couldn’t make bus reservations. "Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures"

"What a wonderful place to stay, the staff are super friendly and are very helpful, the view from our room was superb, the easy of ski in and out was awesome with the ace quad just metre down a green run, no need to walk up to the lifts, then up the ace gondola to the other lifts. The apartment amenities were first rate, room sounds proof so it was nice and quiet. I highly recommend the maples "
