Hotel location near to airport . The hotel is very cleaned and I was really upgraded as Expedia VIP member for free . The buffet breakfast was amazed too. Thanks to the management as well as all workers on the restaurant and the hotel reception . Regards

Someone opened my room door at 5 am and i panicked
The hotel was fine. Someone intruded my room at 5 am. I made a complaint and the hotel did not even bother. The security look inside the room was damaged before I checked in!!! I could not return to sleep and it was a terrible. I made a complaint and management did not bother!! I did not have time to report the case to Police becuase I had a late morning flight out of country.

Okay hotel for one day stay
I like this hotel because its close to the airport and the grenade business offices however the food is not good and the beds are not comfortable. The service was good and the reception guy was very helpful. The shower rooms are not good as well.

First Time To Middle East
Super unique hotel, you are in the middle of the Saudi desert yet you are staying in what looks like a cruise ship inside and out. Excellent, very helpful staff, Great pool, gym, sauna, steam, massage to relax. Can't say enough good things. Food was superb. Was totally relaxed and would have loved to have stayed longer! I highly recommend it.

business hotel not suitable for family trip
front desk team is perfect and friendly , room is nice but need improvement , hotel is front of Ghrnata mall & Carrfour hyper market which is nice for the Family to spend good time there , i think hotel should assign shuttle bus or car between the hotel and the mall , the problem there was noise coming from workers in the street and they start working at 6 am , also hotel miss out swimming pool , also the good thing that the hotel is near by the airport

Poorly desined hotel rooms.
Hotel has design faults. The room lighting is badly desined, the bath room is also designed badly. The shower door opens inside and does not leave space to come out or close the door after entering. Very un-comfortable. The room lighting is very poor and badly located there is no place to read due to poor lighting. There is only one electrical outlet and it is behind the curtains. A home made electrical extension is provided which has opening and is not suitable to operate due to safety reason.
