It offers you the same level of comfort of the JW Marriott (which is nearby) for one third of the price. And the rooftop pool and gym are outstanding. "No one must go to this property. We 5 people checked in and gave only 1 towel. When asked for just 2 more, they acted like rude! The front desk persons are really don’t know how to behave to the customers!"

"This is a great hotel. During our stay we had large earth moving equipment working all through the night right outside our boarded up balcony. Hotel clearly knew as the had boarded up the Balcony. This made sleeping tough. It’s a good hotel other than that. Staff very professional and a very nice hotel. Just a shame about the sleepless night."

"This was a business trip, my first one to Riyadh. The location is close to shopping, dining, personal convenience places, a fuel station next to it, small markets, gold markets, a business center, and a short distance from the main city. Also Bus station close by, car rentals, Dry Cleaning services, eye glasses shop incase you lost yours like me. Friendly staff."
