"Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)!
