2 bedroom, 2 bath house with open kitchen and dining room. Sleeps 7 people comfortably. Bedroom one has a double bed and a bunk bed (singles) and the second room has 2 bunk beds (a single over a double). All beds include sheets and blankets. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Keurig for morning coffee. Water dispenser for drinking. Has a laundry room for washing and drying clothes. Large backyard with BBQ pit and picnic table. Plenty of room for dog and children to run and play. Lots of parking in the driveway amd lots of space to get ready for fishing trips. A couple blocks from the pier and Baffin Bay Seafood restaurant. And just a few minite deove from the public boat ramp. It's a great location for those looking to catch some pick trout and red fish. But also good for those looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Kingsville is just 25min away where there are cute boutiques to shop and 1hr to Chorpus Christi and 1.5hrs to Port Aransas.
