"The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The only thing was the air condition unit in our room did not work properly. The hotel was in a perfect location - five minutes away from the Rialto Bridge and docking station to the Venice Water Busses. Fifteen to twenty minute walk from Piazza San Marco!"

"Quick overnight. Very kind staff, front desk staff spoke impeccable English. Know rooms with two beds in italy tend to mean one is a pull out couch. There wasn't any soap in the shower and our shower head was broken. Clearly that restaurant is amazing, drew a massive crowd but we had plans elsewhere. "Recommend! Comfortable bed, good shower, the AC worked great, good breakfast, nice spacious room with views of the canal and street. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveller. Easily walkable to some lovely villas. Staff were very helpful! I was only there for a first day from a long day of travel, so I didn’t try the local restaurants but they looked worthy of a nice meal and wine. "

"We felt so lucky to have found Ca di Fiore. We had the best accomodation for our 15 day tour of Italy. Uga was the best host of our trip. He went above & beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible especially as we had to stay another night while cancelling going to Naples & Pompeii coz of a mishap with pickpockets at the Grand canal.This place was just perfection. Rooms are tastefully decorated & breakfast was superb. "

"If you are looking for a way you to experience Venice but not spend a ton on a hotel this could be a great option for you. Staying on the mainland made our trip over £800 cheaper and as it was our mini-moon for directly after our wedding that's exactly what we needed. The bus stops right outside the hotel and takes your directly to Venice for €8 return. It takes around 40 minutes but is very convenient. The €4 breakfast is also well worth it. "

"The front desk staff were wonderful, offering tips on local historical sites and restaurants at check in. Later, when we needed directions to a local pharmacy, they were quick to help us out and checked in to make sure my husband was feeling better. Finally, when we needed to dash in order to make our trajn, they checked us out quickly in the midst of several parties waiting to check in."
