"Basic holiday let good situation and very good for exploring the area "

"This is a lovely house in a quiet location just a short drive from Argelès-sur-Mer. The house is well maintained and was spacious enough for the 5 of us to have plenty of room. The communication from the owner was excellent and even when we had a small issue with the dishwasher they had it fixed within a day. Highly recommended and we would definitely visit again."

"Only downsides are that there are only 4 real rooms and not 6 as indicated. No wifi and miscommunication on checkout time."

Très belle promenade en bord de mer pour rejoindre le port. la ville a assuré pour la réalisation de cette promenade. l hôte ( Blandine) est très sympathique et , est à l'écoute. Si l'occasion se représente nous reviendrons avec plaisir Dany & Daniel"

"Grande maison de famille très confortable, très bien équipée, magnifiquement décorée d’œuvres d’art, et où tout est à disposition. Très calme et idéalement située. Parc très arboré et très agréable pour y prendre petit déjeuner, repas ou faire un barbecue. Hôte très attentionnée qui nous a fait partager ses bonnes adresses."

"Very comfortable, clean and well maintained but nowhere in the details did it state that the accomodation was all on the first floor. Had we known we would not have booked as both my wife and I have problems with stairs."

"Tout est bien: le gîte son confort et sa propreté, les propriétaires et leur gentil accueil, la vue, le calme, la région avec de nombreuses possibilités de promenade, à pieds, à vélo, en voiture. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire dans les Pyrénées Orientales."

"Most of our holiday was spent outside by and in the pool. The house and weather were perfect. The pool was a little cold at first but soon warmed to 28 deg. We enjoyed trips into town, to the beach and to the marina for a birthday dinner. Alas, a bush fire caused damage to a nearby campsite with explosions and black smoke which really frightened the children. Thankfully the many fire engines and aircraft were able to extinguish it within 24 hours. In spite of this we would happily return."

"We have just returned from a 2-week stay at Villa Mierlo with our two teens and were really sad to leave. It's a lovely house in a quiet hillside location with amazing views from every window (you can see the sea, the Pyranees and Spain) and a good sized pool, which we used to the full. The house is beautifully renovated, with plenty of character, all mod cons and very well equipped (lots of kitchen stuff, sun loungers, an outdoor table tennis table and a Wii with all the games). "La maison d'Hélène est très agréable avec son espace extérieur. Tout est très propre et neuf. Le logement est bien équipé (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, produits de première nécessité...) Très pratique qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain. Très bonne communication, Hélène est à l'écoute et disponible par message. Le seul petit bémol (mais qui n'en sera plus un dans quelques mois) ce sont tous les travaux alentours. Le quartier est récent et tout en construction donc cela amène pas mal de bruits en...

"Souper vacances"

"We had a fantastic 2-week stay here. The location is great, with a pool on the complex and nice beaches nearby at La Franqui and Leucate. Also wonderful restaurants in the village. We were 2 adults with 3 kids from 10-14 and the villa was the perfect size. Lovely terrace and garden area. Marie-Christine was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Would recommend!"
