"Owner responded in a very cavalier fashion to issues at the property on out arrival. Failure to provide services eg wifi had a detrimental effect on our ability to enjoy a much looked forward to holiday. Clearly an end of season rental with some tired amenities and some cleaning issues."

"The cottage itself is well equipped with quality furnishings and equipment. Put together thoughtfully and stylishly by the charming owners. Unfortunately there is no green outdoor space as it's built on the gravel driveway entrance to the owners house, close to the local urban road and a main road. We went into the owners garden once to use their pool and were warmly welcomed. Overall this is a fabulous option for overnight stays or if you plan to be out driving every day. "Séjour de 2 nuits à 12 personnes (12 adultes et 2 enfants). Grande maison rénovée récemment et très bien équipée. Idéale pour un groupe de 12 personnes grâce aux 5 chambres et aux 2 SDB. La maison est située à côté de domaines viticoles, ce qui permet de belles promenades. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement aux questions. Petits et grands ont apprécié ce week-end ! "Super comfortable, well equipped home in a picturesque setting very close to the Loire. We had a brilliant week here in this lovely family home. There is a heated pool, pretty gardens and great BBQ. A particular highlight is the brilliant, well equipped kitchen. It is the owner’s home, so the house has everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. "We stayed for two weeks and loved it here! We took two young children and our dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. The host is lovely and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend!"

"We transferred to this house after being let down by another. The owner communicated well (in French) with us as we made the transfer. Throughout the visit the owners communicated with us to ensure pool maintenance etc was not intrusive. A required repair was dealt with speedily and efficiently. The house is large with large grounds in a rural setting. The pool was heated to 26 degrees and maintained by the owner. It was the focus of our visit with the children and grandchildren.
